Adam’s journey

Adam’s passion for motorcycles started at the age of 2 when he saw a display of bikes at a local mall. From that day on he knew he loved them, spending his youth learning and reading about every model he could find.

At 10, his older brother purchased a motorcycle, and it didn’t take long for Adam to talk him into letting him ride it down the back roads. He finally got his motorcycle license at 16 and rode it everywhere.

At 19 years old, he started his career as a motorcycle instructor for MotorcycleCourse.com and has been instructing ever since. One day at work, Adam’s friend and now sponsor, (and Mack’s Dad), Mike, let Adam take his GSXR 750 for a ride. He knew instantly that his passion didn’t lie with just motorcycles, but sports bikes as well.

Practicing his skills riding with friends on local roads made Adam wish he could ride on a track. He did a few track days and took the first two phases of the Fast School at Shannonville Motorsports Park, but unfortunately, time and money kept Adam away from riding.

Almost 20 years later, in late 2019, Mike offered Adam Mack’s Ninja 300 for a price he couldn’t resist, and in 2020, Adam put his leathers on and lined up on the grid for the very first time.

After that first race at the Shannonville Super Series, Adam was hooked!

Unfortunately, as a result of the pandemic, it was a short first season for Adam, but just enough to call himself a racer. Midway through 2021, he purchased a Ninja 400 for better performance, which caused Adam’s lap times to drop. 2021 turned out to be a fantastic year as Adam’s race positions began to improve. Adam finished 9th overall in the CSBK Lightweight Championship.

2022

2022 promises to be another great year and Adam’s goal is to finish on the podium.

“I enjoy constantly learning from other more experienced riders and most importantly my teammate Mack has helped my abilities on the track exponentially.”

As the saying goes “apple trees make apples,” which is why it’s no surprise that Adam’s 13-year-old son Jacob has also loved motorcycles since he was able to walk and has been riding dirt bikes ever since. Jacob will be taking the Racer 5 School at the Grand Bend Raceway in May of 2022 and will do some track days on their Ninja 300 throughout the summer. Adam plans to enter him into some regional races until he turns 15 and can compete in the CSBK series.

Like father, like son.
